Abstract


With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the strong support of our country, the industry of industrial robot and automatization complete sets of equipment has gained a rapid development. However, compared with the foreign transnational corporations, our corporation still has a big gap on the technology and management. With the process of globalization, the international transnational corporations pay more and more attention to the development of the market in China, especially after the world economic crisis of 2008, the domestic corporations are also facing the pressure of the economic decline. Facing the changes of the environment and the challenges of the competition, seeking a long-term, stable and healthy development through strategic management is a topic for each corporation. Since the establishment of Shenyang SIASUN Robot & Automation Co., Ltd. (short for "SIASUN Corporation" below), the main business of the corporation increases rapidly and has gained good achievements, which makes the corporation rapidly become a key enterprise in the industry of industrial robot and automatization complete sets of equipment in northeastern areas and even in China. Facing the good development opportunities and the fierce market competition, how to realize the sustainable, healthy and stable development has become an issue concerned by the high-level managers of SIASUN Corporation.This article makes Shenyang SIASUN Robot & Automation Co., Ltd.. its research object, and uses modern strategic management theories to analyze and design a set of strategies for the company. The research includes steps such as strategy analysis and selection,strategy design and evaluation, strategy implementation and control, etc.The article starts with a general introduction on the strategic management theory,to give theoretical supports for the designing of the development strategy of SIASUN Corporation. Secondly, it analyzes both the outside and inside strategic circumstances of Shenyang SIASUN Robot & Automation Co., Ltd.., and discloses the opportunities and threats the company is facing through analyzing its macro, industrial and competitive circumstances. It then analyzes the production management,technical research management,finance management, sales management and human resource management of the company, to deduce its advantages and disadvantages. The article then uses SWOT method to summarize the opportunities,challenges, advantages and disadvantages of the company, providing scientific evidence fo r the designing and implementation of its development strategy. Thirdly, the article proposes strategic goals and collective strategies for the company based on the research results mentioned above. Finally, the article gives out a series of ideas and methods on the implementation of the strategy.The research results of this article have certain significance for the development of Shenyang SIASUN Robot & Automation Co., Ltd., and also have referential and analytical value for other companiesin the port industry to develop their own strategic management.
