Abstract


Nearly twenty years of Chinese society made rapid grown and economic development and society have accumulated great wealth. However, the ecological environment and resources and was severely damaged, and this phenomenon is getting worse, our development was unsustainable patterns of the economy. Therefore, the central government issued the sustainable development of theory and in transforming economic growth mode, economic transformation, to the saving strength of the country is hard to the soft power theory. the transition in the twelfth five year program and the domestic enterprises have entered the global responsibility of the competition, The multinational enterprises have entered into the field, China’s enterprises only a few companies just involved in, and most the other enterprises of China will struggle to survive and thrive, we must know the hard market to foreign multinational companies’competition now, the operation and management of enterprises and enterprise development of safeguarding the fundamental and the soft power, established in accordance with international standards of Corporate Social Responsibility of the environment, Competition rules no longer simply be roughly by cheap products, there has been included in the environment and social and other stakeholders more requirements, corporate has entered the responsibility to pursue the competitiveness of the new age. the overall responsibility for the competition for Chinese enterprises have a severe challenge, it is economic development of the way to change the objective requirements.
