Abstract

With the social development and technological advances, the equipment management is developed to the precision and information-oriented.The United States proposed a the device management thinking which was called total quality management in the 1950s.It enables device management of many large companies and therefore a substantial increase in popular American and European countries. In order to fully draw on total quality management, Japanese scholars puts forward the concept of Total Productive Maintenance according to their own cultural characteristics and achieved a great success in practical applications.Our device management began in the 1950s,in some degree which is real developed in the 1980s,Device management started late and had a weak economic foundation, compared with Western developed countries it had been at a disadvantage position.In order to change the status quo of China’s equipment management,our scholars introduced Total Productive Maintenance in the 1980s,However, in practical application process, the management thinking did not get very good development due to cultural differences and the quality of personnel.We proposed Total Normalized Productive Maintenance in 1990s,which is perfected in the use and development in the past two decades.However, with information technology and the continuous development,the overall concept has been ignored and lacked from the total quality management to maintain a comprehensive and we wish to perfect it.In this paper we choose the Chinese mainland to Hong Kong Logistics Co., Ltd. for studying, Standardized by the company to implement a comprehensive maintenance before and after the production problems for comparison, on the one hand it can help companies find business ideas in the implementation of the device in the management of problems encountered and propose solutions to solve the problem some of the columns.The other hand, according to comparative analysis we can verify their proposed theoretical model, so as to further improve the theory to provide some observations.This paper describes a total of five sections through the entire research topic. The first chapter presented the background and significance of this study, describes the research objectives and methods; second chapter reviews the theory of Device Management; Chapter three is design studying, we describe it through the case selection and data acquisition; Chapter five is the limitations and prospects of this study.There are three points in this article:Firstly,we proposed the limitations of Total Normalized Productive Maintenance according to comparing between total quality management and Total Normalized Productive Maintenance, and thus put forward the idea of supply chain management.The outside suppliers and customers are also incorporated into the full range,and in some degree the theory in full participation is replenished.Secondly, compared to the 1980s, the external environment and internal ways of working have changed dramatically,Especially information technology and network.Secondly, compared to the 1980s, the external environment and internal ways of working have changed dramatically,Especially information technology and network are developed rapidly and applied widely,we have become increasingly dependent on information technology among enterprises as well as within the enterprise’s production activities.In modern society,information is to support business operation and development. Therefore, the paper in fully take into account the internal and external factors, on the basis of the four-wide basis to join the entire information, and serves as the basis of the five.Finally, According to the reduction of the documents and summary, this paper supports that the full specification is not in the traditional sense of the full institutionalization of employee behaviour and standardized, but on the basis of specifications to allow employees the right to have a certain autonomy, this is the only way to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, Maximum of their creative, and achieve continuous improvement in the end.
