Abstract


Rural credit cooperatives are very important to our local financial institutions, especially in the rural financial sector plays an important function for the "three rural " financing, in order to service the three "three rural" full play to support rural economic development An irreplaceable role. The rural credit cooperatives human resource management system is not perfect, such as employee performance evaluation, etc. is still relatively backward, further reform and improve. Performance evaluation of human resources management has an important influence in a systematic evaluation, it is the people together with business organizations, and to gain access to both modern science and management tools.The article focuses on performance evaluation of the relevant concepts, principles, content, process and significance of the elaborate, and then through the city of Benxi City Analysis of rural credit cooperatives, proposed the "talent competition" is the innovation of rural credit cooperatives, by leaps and bounds development, to meet an important element of market competition, and finally further proposed to ensure that competition for talent advantage, we must establish a comprehensive staff development for staff performance appraisal mechanism. Finally, Benxi City, the actual urban credit cooperatives in rural areas, proposed the implementation of staff performance appraisal measures and suggestions
