Abstract


With the development of aerospace technology , especially space satellite optical communication and space-based laser weapons in space application technology fast , precise targeting and tracking need to target people photoelectric shaft encoder and decoder system the ever-increasing demands . The decoder circuit current commonly used by the electronics segmentation technology to improve the photoelectric shaft encoder resolution and accuracy , but the impact on the environment , the circuit itself does not have a self-adaptive , therefore , introduced under different environmental conditions and the breakdown of error a great impact on the overall accuracy of decoding circuit and a control system . Meanwhile, due to the limitations of the traditional decoding circuit structure exists the versatility short life and high failure rate and other serious defects . This article describes the most advanced absolute photoelectric angle encoder encoding and decoding principles Electronics segmentation technology based decoding circuit hardware and software design . The theoretical and experimental analysis of the the photoelectric signal parameters change Electronics segmentation proved of enhanced the decoding circuits adaptive sexuality of the need to improve the accuracy of the encoder measuring angle . Based on this, the the adaptive comparison of crude code level and precise code adaptive gain circuit two photocurrent signal hardware processing mode , and design joined refined code value tracking algorithm , while the design of a phase-locked loop adaptive sampling frequency technology refinements signal phase deviation measurement and compensation method, and succeeded in eliminating the space environment under the influence of the signal amplitude and quadrature error segments . Finally, a new high - reliability digital decoding scheme is proposed and implemented , has the obvious advantage of versatility, long service life and low failure rate . In order to solve the high failure rate of the traditional decoding circuit and artificial diagnosis difficult problem , this paper designed offline fault diagnosis method based on wavelet feature extraction and neural network fault classification , reduce the failure debugging difficulty simultaneously test the data indicate that the fault diagnosis method has good accuracy and generalization ability .
