Abstract


In this paper, based on the introduction of the torsional vibration measurement method to establish a new method based on high speed linear CCD shafting torsional vibration measurement , first measured shaft pre- marked a spiral tag line , as high speed linear CCD camera is subject . If shaft torsional vibration , when the shaft is rotated, the output of the CCD image on only one spot in the mobile, and the spots are constant rate of change ; If the torsional vibration, then there may be a plurality of spots in the CCD output image move, the speed of movement of the spots is a non - uniform . Spot position or speed changes carry information, a shaft torsional vibration and torsional oscillation of the shaft contains state can be obtained by the corresponding data processing algorithm . In this paper, genetic algorithm position coordinates of the CCD output data processing , and Matlab software programming , and ultimately get the torsional vibration of the shaft contained , from the simulation results , the torsional vibration measurement method is feasible and has a high precision , The advantages of non-contact measurement , easy to implement .
