Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , the number of students at their own expense increased year by year , has reached 16.16 million in 2008 . Own expense to study the large-scale development has led to the rapid expansion of the study intermediary services market , the market has expanded each year . Intermediaries in helping citizens to apply for study abroad at their own expense to do a lot of useful work , played an important role . However , driven by economic interests , individual education agents contrary to the principle of good faith , using various means to deceive consumers . Information asymmetry in information economics theory reveals study intermediary market cause of the problems and seek practical solutions based on this theory , proposed the establishment of a contract on the basis of the unified contract filing system , the establishment of education agents regulatory information network using the network platform to improve the study intermediary market information asymmetry specific programs . In selecting the topics with a certain degree of innovation and practical significance , hope to play a role in promoting the healthy and stable development of this market .
