Currently more and more complex surface of space are applicated to various industries, such as aircraft engine blades, variety of molds. There will be some small glitches and uneven surfaces and other defects, which just our of the space CNC machining complex surfaces. It will affecting the life of the blade. How to remove these defects has become a pressing issue. In this paper, the magnetic grinding method to remove these defects, and carried out numerical simulations.In this paper, first introduced some characteristics of the magnetic abrasive technology, and the meaning of complex surfaces polishing. And introduced the mechanism of magnetic abrasive machining technology and application of the free-form surface machining technology has some advantages. And using ANSYS analyze the risk of cross-section. Then design the overall structure of the grinding device, and model the whole simulation through solidworks. Finally, use to CAXA to simulate analyze the motion path. Final conclusion: it will achieve a good complex through magnetic technology, to avoid the eddy current effet and reduce the fatigue, and has a practical balue.
