Abstract


The organizational structure of commercial banks is an important part of the bank management, it improves the efficiency of banking operations, and has an important role in shaping the core competitiveness. The success of the commercial banks must first attributed to an efficient organizational structure. In recent years, China's financial market continues to open up to more competition, China's commercial banks and foreign banks. Low organizational efficiency make it a competitive disadvantage, and to change the passive situation, China's commercial banks have done many reforms, but will be able to eradicate the years piled drawbacks non simple reform, the need for further organizational structure changes in order to adapt to the requirements of the development of the current financial environment. This paper studies the the Western National Commercial Bank organizational structure theory and related models, two representative of the organizational structure of the foreign commercial banks subsequently selected for analysis, summed mature experience combined with the theory of the organizational structure of the western countries, mainly include: clear positioning of tissue structure and function, the main line; business development system set up departments focused; branches set by economic benefits; organizational structure is changing with the change of environment, strategic objectives. In this paper, the third part of the reform of Minsheng Banking Division for analysis, including the content, the effect of the reform, another 100 employees questionnaire Minsheng Bank, summed up the existing problems in the reform of Minsheng Banking Division and recommends optimizations. Organizational structure change of China's commercial banks through the study of the organizational structure of the theory and practice of Western countries, commercial banks, as well as analysis of the reform of Minsheng Banking Division, practical suggestions. Analysis by Deutsche Bank, Wachovia organizational structure change process and characteristics come to China's commercial banks need to focus on resolving the basic problem is the redesign of the organizational structure, change the existing linear functional structure to a matrix organizational structure change \The fourth part of the case study of the organizational restructuring of China's commercial banks reform Minsheng Banking Division.
