Abstract


China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation is one of the four state-owned asset management company established in 1999 , Harbin Office is one of its 30 branches , the main task at the beginning of the establishment of agricultural banks to spin off non-performing loans ( policy asset disposal from ) 2006 policy assets have all been dealt with. In 2005 , the Great Wall Kazakhstan do the bidding competition ICBC non-performing loans ( commercial assets) 30.881 billion yuan , and disposal in 2006 entered a substantive stage , in the disposal of commercial assets , the Great Wall and Kazakhstan do mainly uses litigation recoveries auction for sale , agreement for sale and other disposal methods , but these disposal methods mostly use the traditional way of disposal of policy assets , the characteristics of the assets of the business assets , the disposal of the shortcomings and defects . Therefore , this article is to explore the Great Wall Kazakhstan Office of the disposal of non-performing assets . Firstly systems analysis on the basis of the theory , the Great Wall of Kazakhstan the do major disposal of non-performing assets to - Litigation recover , transfer bid for sale and agreement , and affirmed the positive role of the disposal in the disposal of non-performing assets , also pointed out that each disposal of the deficiencies of the way .
