Abstract


Gas station has been a long period of development in our country—from less to more, decentralized to concentrated, singular to varied, experience-based management to professional management, single-species management to multi-species management. Numbers of gas station in our country has been increased from 70 in the 1950s to the 95 thousand by the end of 2010. Now the number of the unnational gas station has taken 50% of the whole number in society.There are already hundreds of PetroChina-BP gas station join ventured by foreign petroleum company with local petroleum company, PetroChina with British petroleum. So the primary task in construction of refuels and gas entrainment station is how to unite the logo and standardize the construction.A new management mode—Modular Construction Mode, has been take in modular construction of refuels and gas entrainment station in Guangdong sales subsidiary company of PetroChina. It concludes“standardized design, intensive purchase, modular construction, and standardized management”. So we can take this mode to uniform the visual image, logo, develop the brand effect, develop the superior of collective purchasing, decrease the cost of procurement and project. It guaranteed the quality of the equipment, material, and project. Meanwhile, it improved the competitive strength in retail, accelerated the speed of the construction of the station, shorten the erection time, standardized the management of the station construction project.Through the assessment about the current construction situation and benefit of the refuels and gas entrainment station, this article purposed some advises on perfect construction mode of refuels and gas entrainment station construction based on comparison between home and abroad on existed construction mode.
