Abstract


With the development of information technology and the application and development of internet in our country, network shopping plays a more and more important role in the social and economic life. Compared with the traditional purchase model ,there are some innovations and revolutions in the net shopping model among the fund flow, the goods flow and the information flow. Purchase through the internet, on the one hand, breaks through the limit of time and space, remarkably improving the efficiency of the market; on the other hand, there are still many defects ,of which the information asymmetry,as a new trade, is a serious one .Though network shopping is developing rapidly in our country, the related supervistion rules and regulations have not been founded yet. Because of information asymmetry, there are some disorders in our market economy. From the perspective of information asymmetry, this article analyses the causes and the impacts of the network shopping and makes some constructive suggestions about it. This article consists of five parts.Part1 mainly describes the basic concepts of network shopping.Part2 mainly describes the theories of information asymmetry and game theory.Part3 mainly describes the displays of information asymmetry and the causes.Part4 mainly analyse the problems by using game theories, and put forward some constructive measures on network shopping.At last this article points out the drawbacks of the article, and gives some suggestions about the future research.
