Abstract


Very much about the concept of corporate governance , the scholars worldwide discussion and research on various forms , concept development , the contest and the advanced nature of the corporate governance level and direction . The emergence of various theories , flourishing results reinforce the firm foundation for forming and hatching of corporate governance . As we all know , the shareholding structure largely affect corporate governance , it is fundamentally affect the corporate governance mechanism , a fundamental role of our corporate governance . Due to the different customs of different countries in the world , the different national habits , the overall quality of the world of the three predominant mode of corporate governance and the shareholding structure of the country aggregates . The three of them complement each other and play a different role in each system . Equity structure of listed companies in China , there is a lack of checks and balances , the low efficiency of state-owned enterprises , the low proportion of the outstanding shares of the outstanding problems , lead and produce the shareholding structure is irrational , there is no clear shareholders the company 's management process , the interests of minority shareholders any trampling and other multi-level aspects of the problem . Now , to improve the corporate governance of listed companies in China 's direction should be to maximize shareholders' interest -based, taking into account the interests of minority shareholders and society . Governance of listed companies is one important way to get refined and improved as soon as possible to let their shareholding structure to rationalize and scientific . The main way we use include : to increase the proportion of public float ; cultivate qualified foreign investors ; resolve the outstanding shares of the proportion of the problem of low ; optimization and righteousness of building the legal system of the market economy .
