Abstract


Been further extended in the social environment of the knowledge economy, the functionality of the supply chain, enhance knowledge transfer in the supply chain within the enterprise and between enterprises, member enterprises can realize the sharing of knowledge and information, on the one hand, through the implementation of supply chain management preservation process, mining, sharing of corporate internal and external knowledge, knowledge-based day-to-day business processes (especially in the core business processes); On the other hand, the use of knowledge transfer to improve supply chain flexibility, optimization of logistics allocation of resources, reduce supply chain network information operational risks and losses caused by poor communication, greatly improving the knowledge of the entire supply chain management capabilities, and is conducive to the establishment of the learning supply chain network, and enhance the overall value of the supply chain. Papers in depth, a comprehensive analysis of the research results of the basic theory of supply chain management and organization of internal and external knowledge transfer and related fields at home and abroad on the basis of the enterprises in the supply chain of knowledge transfer as well as how to improve supply chain through effective knowledge transfer expand the research efficiency, especially for Chinese enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness of SMEs in the supply chain, to participate in international competition, thus contributing to the value of the entire supply chain is optimal to provide a reference. Firstly, combined with the SECI model of thinking characteristic of tacit and explicit knowledge, through the building process of knowledge transfer between enterprises in the supply chain model to study the internal supply chain and corporate knowledge transfer between the main essence of hierarchy and processes. Secondly, the use of the idea of ??the Stackelberg game theory analysis of interests between member enterprises in the supply chain and its role in knowledge transfer, as well as the core enterprise node enterprise knowledge transfer decision-making to select supply chain enterprise knowledge transfer barriers and heavy and difficult; in the model building and analysis based on papers from different aspects of the enterprise supply chain knowledge transfer within the external operating mechanisms are explored, and the organization of knowledge transfer and technical support system to expand the analysis, how each member enterprises in the actual management of the implementation, the optimization of the process of knowledge transfer, and to enhance the contribution of knowledge transfer of knowledge sharing and the overall value of the supply chain to create the implementation strategy. Finally, the use of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods of performance evaluation index system and methods of supply chain enterprises in the implementation of knowledge transfer, build the evaluation model. This thesis follows from the general to the particular logic ideas, the full application of a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods in the theoretical framework of knowledge transfer and dissemination of knowledge, diffusion and sharing of ideas, processes and methods of use in the entire network of supply chain management chain system, the design of the supply chain process model of knowledge transfer, Stackelberg game theoretic model run to build a knowledge transfer mechanism, the implementation of the strategic decision-making system and organizational and technical support system, and gives the evaluation index system and methods of their implementation performance.
