Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, China's SMEs gained considerable development in the country's economic development plays an increasingly important role, especially in the current employment situation is grim circumstances, the development of SMEs as to solve this problem The most important way. In the course of development of SMEs, financing issues have never been a good solution, and small and medium enterprises in the country along with the increased importance of economic life, more and more problems of financing for SMEs, this paper aims to explore research alleviate SMEs financing of a difficult situation. At present, our financing channels for SMEs, the bank's total financing and indirect financing in financing ratio in both dominant and direct financing from the capital market and the relative amount of the total were significantly lower, because the subject of existing capital market conditions, this by studying how to promote capital markets through direct financing of SMEs and thus broaden the financing channels for SMEs, which will ease the financing difficulties of SMEs has very important significance. Firstly, the object of study from solving problems starting to identify the SME representative of the whole enterprise, and further in-depth analysis of the demand characteristics of various types of SME financing and financing of the practical difficulties faced, in order to explore the characteristics of its financing needs with adaptation measures. In the second part of SME financing from its own features and characteristics of the capital market, confirms SME financing through the capital market to solve the problem of the correctness and feasibility. The third part of the foreign comparison and reference, to overseas countries and regions in mature markets solutions to SME financing through the capital market experience are introduced. In his introduction to the United States through the capital market solutions to SME financing problems were highlighted, the American multi-level capital market positioning, trading mechanism, monitoring mechanism were analyzed, combined with China's actual situation, to summarize, analyze the shortcomings and gaps, learn from their success stories. Part IV Summary Based on the above analysis, proposed capital market financing of SME policy solutions, respectively, from solving the financing environment, to build a clear functional positioning diverse market platform, focus on the implementation of support mechanisms for starting and systematic solutions to SME's financing problems.
