The concept of soft competitiveness of soft power doctrine from Joseph Nye , is now generally considered to be enterprises to maintain sustainable development , the the Everlasting largest source of power . Research on corporate social responsibility for a long time , and flourished with the rise of the consumer movement , today is still a hot theory and business circles at home and abroad . Lack of social responsibility of private enterprises has become a serious fact . Although we spare no effort from the point of view of businesses, governments , consumers , suppliers , the media , non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders to explore ways to enhance the social responsibility of private enterprises , but the actual situation is not a big difference . From social responsibility the soft competitiveness of enterprises this point of view , based on the soft competitiveness perspective of private corporate social responsibility evaluation index , combined with the lack of social responsibility of private enterprise performance reasons, summed up specific measures to enhance the social responsibility of the private enterprises , are to establish the correct corporate values ??, to develop excellent business managers , stakeholders strategy , set up a dedicated CSR institutions and CSR executives to strengthen CSR education and training , the enterprise of building a learning culture . Combined with the analysis of the Sanlu milk powder incident , the paper argues , only to find ways to enhance the social responsibility of private enterprises is not enough to improve the situation of private corporate social responsibility , strong implementation and monitoring of business within the concept of social responsibility and norms is most important.
