Abstract


This study : Cash Dividends and shares of listed companies whether there is correlation ? Increase the proportion of cash dividends can foster long-term investment philosophy , and enhance the attractiveness and vitality of capital markets ? In this paper, the perspective of investors , the application of empirical and theoretical research from the following several respect. First, the proposed research questions , the interpretation of history , dividend theoretical and empirical arguments were reviewed as a theoretical basis for writing papers . Secondly, from the profit-driven factors and capital to demonstrate . Finally , through the high and low dividend Dividend Cash Dividend Policy Dividend Policy volatility statistical sampling to further argument. We find that , in the pursuit of profit and capital factors combined effect of cash dividends of great uncertainty , investment return for cash dividends as a huge risk , unilaterally increase the cash dividend distribution ratio can not foster long-term investment philosophy , and enhance capital market attractiveness and vitality. Empirical studies show that the improvement of the legal environment can effectively control the cash dividends as a return on investment risk , to foster long-term investment philosophy , and enhance market attractiveness and vitality.
