Abstract

With the economic development and social progress, as a citizen for the enterprise should bear the economic, legal, environmental, ethical, social responsibility concept has reached a consensus. Increasingly prominent contradiction between our corporate and community interests, frequently multiple cases of corporate social responsibility. Related systems and the imperfections of the law, to promote corporate social responsibility supervise the absence of the main short-term economic interests of the stimulus, which leads the struggling. Which external forces to promote corporate social responsibility, and how external forces to promote corporate social responsibility has become the focus of academic research. This article focuses on the fit starting a non-profit organization and corporate social responsibility, the study of non-profit organizations to promote corporate social responsibility to fulfill mechanism. From the perspective of the non-profit organization, to study the relationship between non-profit organizations and corporate social responsibility, on a non-profit organization to promote the construction of corporate social responsibility, how to perform its social function, both contributed to a better understanding of corporate social responsibility thinking, and help to a correct understanding of the relationship between business and society to achieve the sustainable development of society. Nonprofit organizations not only good to make up for market failures, can also be appropriate to compensate for the lack of government mechanisms. Between nonprofit organizations and corporate social responsibility in the context of civil society, not only the existence of consistency, there are also the complementary. From non-profit organizations to promote corporate social responsibility to fulfill the internal mechanism, the non-profit organization not only has become the agency of corporate social responsibility, oversight bodies, the formulation and implementation of corporate social responsibility standards bodies, the environment and create institutions, but also corporate social responsibility for the strategic cooperation agencies. Along with the development of non-profit organizations, companies also began to take on the social responsibility of poverty alleviation, disaster relief, donations, between many linkage effects. However, this non-profit organization to promote Chinese enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility are still some problems, mainly: corporate social responsibility awareness is still weak, there is still insufficient interaction of non-profit organizations and enterprises. The main reasons for the overall quality of the relevant laws and regulations are not sound, lower operational capacity of nonprofit organizations and entrepreneurs. Perfection of non-profit organizations to promote corporate social responsibility to generate the internal mechanism from the following aspects: to establish and improve relevant laws and regulations to safeguard the legal status of non-profit organizations and the legal construction of corporate social responsibility; strengthen non-profit organizations and government interactive cooperation of enterprises, the development of corporate social responsibility standards; perfect the supervision mechanism and cooperation mechanism of the non-profit organization of enterprises, and strengthen the sense of social responsibility of entrepreneurs boot; enhance the non-profit organization capacity building, especially brand project operation capability .
