Abstract


This paper, through the study on industrial cluster competitiveness, put forward main influencing factors of industrial cluster competitiveness, and how them function.In theoretical study, this paper constructed a analytical framework of industrial cluster theoretical analysis, bring up quantitative methods of industrial cluster and theoretical model to quantify which based on principal component method(PCM).In empirical study, this paper analysed Huizhou’s influencing factors of industrial cluster competitiveness and its actual state, discussed in the context of the formation of industrial clusters, and evaluated the competitiveness of the industrial cluster factors. This research order the factors by the impact of industrial cluster competitiveness are:capital factors、efficiency factor, R&D and technological innovation factors, brand and advertisement factor, human capital factor, FDI and International industrial transfer, operational efficiency factor.This research bring up countermeasures and suggestions to increase industrial cluster competitiveness:good planning and guidance; construct regional innovation system; perfect financing channel; introduction talents; strengthen the brand’s marketing and operation. And the research provide theoretical basis to local government to make policy, and provide references to other researchs on industrial cluster competitiveness.
