Abstract


Integration of the world economy and the diversification of customer needs , prompting increasingly competitive global market , the Coal Industry Group as the more traditional large resource extraction enterprises , the large and group management model can not fully meet the new competition situation, agility into the inevitable trend of development for the Coal Industry Group . Wizard, agile supply chain as to the enterprise market vagaries demand adaptability and fast reconstruction of dynamic alliance as the basic point of , in order to promote cooperation between enterprises and the transformation of the mode of production , and improving the level of integrated management and economic efficiency as the main objective . Therefore it is necessary to build agile supply chain as the core enterprise Coal Group and the establishment of an effective performance evaluation system . In this context , the first comprehensive analysis of agile supply chain model , according to the actual situation of China 's Coal Industry Group to build agile supply chain model to fit the needs of China 's Coal Industry Group , and the procurement system and inventory system design . SCORE model , followed by the combination of agile supply chain performance evaluation model and the actual needs of the Balanced Scorecard model with the Coal Industry Group of agile supply chain has a relatively complete set of Coal Industry Group as the core enterprise agile supply chain performance indicators system this is the core of the paper portion. Concludes with a discussion of several commonly used methods of performance evaluation , and pointed out several shortcomings of the evaluation method , Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation of performance indicators , and the combination of the cases described in detail the method of operating procedures , proved that the line effective evaluation method .
