Abstract


The era of knowledge economy emphasizes human resources is an important resource for enterprise development and maintain sustainable competitive advantage , human resources management has become a strategic management function of the modern enterprise . Satisfied employees have satisfactory performance , in turn , will have a satisfied customer , in turn, promote the development of its own staff . Dissatisfied employees , will become the the stealth internal friction , not only caused by the individual reduced efficiency , as well as affect the overall morale and affect the corporate image of the danger . The influencing factors of employee satisfaction , and are not satisfied employees may take self - compensation , will enterprises to improve employee satisfaction , formulate a targeted response to self- compensation solution lay the foundation . Home and abroad, previous theoretical and empirical analysis based on a typical state-owned enterprises in the field of equipment manufacturing industry X as an empirical study proposed the model of satisfaction , take a survey of empirical research , using statistical the professional the software SPSS16.0 data analysis , and draw on the traditional manufacturing industries like Company X employee satisfaction model of state-owned enterprises . In this study , low employee satisfaction projects focused on a comprehensive return for remuneration and the degree of social integration , benefits , opportunities for promotion three lowest score . The employee demographic attributes characteristic variables \The dissatisfied staff in half will take a positive self- compensation , and half will take a negative compensation . Finally, we put forward a proposal to reduce employee self-compensating strategy . Innovation of this paper is to study not only employee satisfaction , and Adams Equity Theory based on research not satisfied with the employee's self- compensation , so this issue of employee satisfaction will have a look at the pros and cons of the new perspective. Come to term traditional manufacturing management of state-owned enterprises can improve employee satisfaction , reduce the degree of coping strategies are not satisfied with the degree of self-compensating employees , so as to enhance the overall performance of the enterprise , enterprises and employees to achieve a win-win situation .
