Abstract


The agricultural information is the combination of the traditional agriculture management way and the modern high-tech method, and it is an effective infiltration from the information technology to the agricultural domain, which is also up to now the highest stage of agricultural development. It is not only a kind of promote technological progress science, but a upgrading industries, which has an important means of promoting new socialist countryside construction.This paper will be divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction; The second chapter expounds the relevant theory of the new rural construction and the agricultural informatization; The third and fourth chapters are analysed by synthesis the current situation and existing problems of Hengyang City agricultural informationization.Based on the theory of the agricultural informationization promoting the construction of new countryside, this paper studied Hengyang City current agricultural informatization status and existing problems, using qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical research and combining comprehensive analysis method, summarized the domestic and foreign agricultural informatization development experience which brings us enlightenment, and proposed suggestions and countermeasure of agricultural information promoting the building of new countryside. The main purpose is to make clear the strategic goal of agricultural information development in the process of building new countryside. It has been put forward countermeasures from the government functions, capital invested, information technology, talent team, and information-home, etc.
