Abstract


There have been a lot of changes in college entrance examination system of Jiangsu Province, and it intends to reduce the heavy pressure on students and promote all-round development. However, it has been discovered that in senior high school the pedagogical tasks for grade 3 have never been reduced since the new college entrance examination system was carried out. Therefore, with teaching time reduced, it is a big challenge for students and teachers.Students who choose chemistry as a compulsory subject in grade 3 are targets for my research. My research is to look into and analyze the current situation of work selection and the relationship between non-intelligence factors and students’performances by means of documentation retrieval, questionnaires, practice and research. Based on the preliminary conclusion from pedagogy and psychology, some practical teaching designs targeted on grade 3 students are put forward. When it comes to selection strategy, it focuses on three aspects: the selection strategy and teaching design of one lesson, the selection strategy of topic knowledge as well as the selection strategy before tests. The process should be well organized and conducted gradually. When practicing work selection strategy, it looks into the effects that the class teaching mode of subject participation has on helping students develope good study habits and helping improve their grades. It turns out that this teaching mode not only polishes up their interest in learning, forms good study habits and develops their ability to cooperate with others, but also improves their performance.
