Abstract


Employment is the Basic Thing, is to improve the lives of the people the basic premise and fundamental way, but also all sectors of society the focus of common concern, hot issues, especially with China’s socialist market economic system reform, the employment situation of university students mode of operation and employment of the major changes have taken place at all levels of government departments and universities are actively working to take various measures to promote successful employment of college graduates.The nature of higher education is through the optimization of educational resources, training needs to adapt to economic and social development of people. With the rise of China’s vocational education and higher education enrollment, Liaoning Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Technology has also been an unprecedented development opportunity. Rapid development in college and has made significant achievements, we also clearly see that the difficult problem of graduate employment also comes to strengthen the employment service system has become the Institute of survival and development of top priority.Through systematic analysis of Liaoning Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Technology student employment environment, employment factors and problems in the employment service system is proposed with College case, from the quality of personnel training, personnel training structure, Combination, employment services institution-building, career guidance construction of curriculum and teaching staff to establish systems and other aspects of the employment service system. In our current education system and employment of college graduates to the stage of market-oriented, make Liaoning Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Technology graduates of higher vocational education to achieve full employment, employment of graduates to adapt to market-oriented mode of operation of the College of sustainable development long-term mechanism.
