Abstract


With the rapid development of the global economy, science and technology, with each passing day, the world's economic landscape, the political landscape have undergone major changes, with the rapid development of economic globalization, internationalization, liberalization, and the knowledge-based economy, Throughout the world and even various regions, the development of enterprises, one thing in common is the basis of social, technological and economic development on the \How the selection of personnel for the development of enterprises, in particular, more and more enterprises are concerned about and explore management personnel. With the depth of management studies, middle managers have a crucial role in the enterprise has also become one of the hot. Although many scholars at home and abroad have carried out research on many aspects of the selection mechanism of corporate middle managers, and made a lot of research. However, due to the diversity of the selection mechanism design, the starting point would design a different mechanism. The purpose of this article is from the perspective of values ??starting to design the mechanism of selection of corporate middle managers. Values, Western earliest a dominant values ??defined in the 1950s by Kluckhohn (Clyde Kluckhon), embodied in ancient Greek philosophy and psychology. Economic Values ??of the first contemporary management theory is derived from the 17-18 century Western classical political economists \Accompanied by the gradual development of the global economy, the values ??of management theory in contemporary management theory are also developing well. The mid-1990s the House (RJHouse) represent the scholars based on the values ??of leadership theory (VBL, the Value-based Leadership theory), this theory is in perfect theory of leadership, values ??and management further very significant breakthrough and contribution. Thus this article inspired by VBL theory, combined with the value scale and the values ??of the ten dimensions Fu Pingping Professor and Professor Yu Guangtao first the values ??perspective design corporate middle leader selection model, then the model as the core design corporate middle managers selection mechanism based on values ??perspective. Starting from the research literature on values ??and mid-level leadership selection mechanism, and then from the point of view of values ??designed questionnaire and model corporate middle managers selection mechanism starting from the values ??returned questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software and contrast, empirical research methods from the 47 value items screened to establish the values ??dimension of corporate middle managers value items for corporate middle managers, and before the establishment of the model validation. In this paper, 270 copies of the survey sample, to enhance targeted the original Fu Professor and Professor Yu outcomes based on, and made the following research: 1. Designed selection model of values-based perspective of corporate middle managers. Departure from the values ??of the 46 items designed by Professor Fu Pingping and Professor Yu Guangtao actual interview, and added value of 47 items. Fu Pingping Professor and Professor Yu Guangtao design values ??ten dimension filter out the corporate middle managers more emphasis on the eight value dimensions. Eight value dimensions selected on the basis of the combination of the items included in each dimension, values-based perspective of corporate middle managers design scale-selection mechanism.
