Abstract


In recent years, Organizational Culture as an ongoing hotspot of the Westernorganizational behavior research, organizational culture is a group in the process ofsolving external adaptation and internal integration mode of a series of basic assumptions,includes the organizations values, norms, conventions, ceremonies, rituals, symbols, andhistory of the Organization heroes and legends, such as its core is the organization values.Organizational values represent the overall spirit and value criteria of the entireorganization members, greatly stimulated the enthusiasm and creativity of organizationmembers, thereby contributing to the organization’s survival, prosperity and development.Therefore,Organizational values injected new momentum for the organization’sdevelopment, has becomes the key to organizational success or failure.In this study, literature review, questionnaires, case studies and other methods depthstructural dimensions of personal values and organizational values and measurementmethods, and empirical studies of the effect of organizational values on organizationalstructure, incentive systems, organization vitality, Finally elaborated the theory oforganizational culture and organizational competitiveness and how organization cultureconstruction and spread.The study includes three parts:(1) describe two typical forms oforganizational structure as well as empirical research values and organizational structureof the relationship,(2) discusses today’s widely used two excitation pattern, as well asempirical research values of the incentive system,(3) Discusses the values of variablesimpact on organization vigor,(4)Expounds the theory of organizational culture andorganizational competitiveness and how organization culture construction and spread. Inthis paper, through the use of the method of combining theoretical research and research,using the ML-ordered porbit regression analysis, the following conclusions:First, the values of the "superior" is the cultural roots of the pyramid organizationalstructure within the organization"superior"values tend to the more serious the organization,the easier constructed in accordance with the pyramid organizational structure, the studyalso found that today’s Chinese state-owned enterprisesand institutions, governmentagencies, the military pyramid organizational structure is more common, the more obvious the organizational hierarchy.Second, the organization values have significant influence on organizationalincentives, the more inclined to "superior" values of the organization, organizationincentive system the more inclined to indicators incentives; More inclined to "freedom andequality" values of the organization, organization incentive system, the more inclined toconditional incentives.Third, the organization values has important influence on organizational vitality,"superior" values has inhibitory effect on organization vitality, and the values of "freedomand equality" has promoting effect on improving organization vitality.Fourth, Organizational culture effect on organizational competitiveness from theculture management, technology innovation, human resources, cultural marketing thuspromote the sustainable development of the organization.
