The safety supervision of civil explosives throughout the all links of production, sale, distribution, use, storage and other, the online integrated purchase and sale system in civil explosive industry solves the blind zone of the information management system of Ministry of Public Security, National Defense (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), that is solving the safety supervision of the catchment area, such as the safety supervision of storage, distribution, use of final user.The system promotes the integration of production, sale, distribution, storage,improves the safety supervision of civil explosives, enhances the synthetic management level of civil explosive industry.According to such question, designs and implements the information management platform in civil explosive industry, the main continent is:1. Investigates the basic profile of civil explosive industry and informatization, point out the blind zone of the existing civil explosive information management system, and then put forward to establishe the civil explosive industry information system to improve the safe mangement level of explosives.2. According to the system requirement analysis, completes the use case diagram, and then put forward to design the system architecture, according to the analysis of system data and control flow, draws the system structure chart, describes the process, completes the system maintenance design.3. Completes the class diagram and the sequence diagram with the software of Microsoft Office Visio, finishes the conceptual data model and the physical data model with the tool of PowerDesigner. And then designs the user interfaces and code and the test cases, implement the system function.
