Science research management is an important part of teaching management in colleges and universities now. As traditional management could not adapt to information construction, science Research Management is developing to network, information, and normalization by the efforts of universities and colleges. However large amount of administration job are still handled by manpower because resources could not be shared caused by incompatibility such as low degree of automation, disunity of platform and anticoincidence of data form.A three-mode design of science research management is presented and a multiplexing, opening, and resource-shared three-mode system of science research management is constructed based on .NET platform and SQL Server2005 technology in this paper .The design of three-tier architecture was adopted to achieve concision and effectiveness , increase reusability of code , strengthens the extent of System modularization, improve the maintainability and scalability of the system and make the division and administration of software project more convenient.In this thesis, the background and significance of this project were introduced firstly. Relevance knowledge and technologies were studied and introduced secondly. Thirdly, after analyzing the need of science research management of colleges and universities, a system which includes system frame, systematic design and data base design is proposed. Finally, the detailed design and critical implementing technologies of the system are provided.
