Related relationship among the main bodies in property management is every main body’s status and the relation ship among them. I think the related relationship among the main bodies in property management includes civil legal relationship and administration legal relationship. Civil legal main bodies contains: the houses’ owners, the owner congress, the owner committee, the property company, the estate company, other organizations. Administration legal main body is related government regulatory body. The committee is elect by the owner, holds the owner congress, therefore summarizes in the estate management the civil legal relationship mainly is refers to the relations among owners or the owners’ committee and the property company, the relations between property company and the estate company. The administration legal relationship is refers to the legal relation which is formed by the government administrative department’s instructs.There is the problem of reciprocity dislocation in the main bodies. I think it causes the dispute unceasing, also is affects the property management healthy .For reducing the property dispute, must step onto the benign development Says specifically, we must find out the reasons and solutions.Now, the legal relation about property management has become the focus concerned by the property management company, the house’s owner, the real estate company, and the government, Through the study of the problems in the relation in property management, the causes for the main body unclear, I proposed opinions: break the rule "who constructs, who manages"; set up affirmative action-type relationship among houses’ owners , houses’ owners’ community, property management company, real estate company; Strengthen the government’s supervision and guidance on property management.1 hope to do a breakthrough in the analysis and research for the problem of the legal status of the houses’ owners’ community, the relationship between the property management company and the estate property company from the perspective of the legal relation in property management.
