Abstract


The monopoly issue is accompanied by economic development arising from, it originated in market competition, the market economy develops to a certain stage and competition arising from an economic phenomenon relative. China is a socialist country, unlike Western countries, China’s monopoly of the problem is from the planned economy, a high degree of monopoly of the national state monopoly system from direct conversion. China’s monopoly industries have got lots of profits by advantages of resources or the policy and resulting in growing income gap between industries.This article mainly discusses high-income inequity and negative consequences of monopoly industries from the perspective of social equity and proposed a solution to the problem. The main research contents and results as follows:(1) Puting forward theories of fair and efficient, the distribution system of socialism, thus provide a theoretical basis for further study.(2) Explaining the causes、development and characteristics of our country monopoly industries, revealing differences of the monopoly industries between our country and western countries.(3) Using theoretical and empirical method of combining analysis of monopoly industries to high-income earners on the income gap between China’s industries and the impact of monopoly industries and the real performance, which reveals the monopoly industries and the formation mechanism of high-income and its impact on social adverse effects.(4)The article analyzes the management of monopoly industries and practice of monopoly industries and the impact of high-income reasons for the failure of the current government regulation on this basis that the monopoly industries and high-income direct regulation of the necessity and the idea of government regulation and countermeasures, including re-integration of regulatory agencies, improve relevant laws and regulations, improve the social supervision mechanism.
