The era of information economy has arrived and the Internet technology has continuously innovated and developed, which has set off a wave of e-commerce applications. The rapid development of electronic commerce has greatly changed the people’s production and life, and has brought a broader outlook and greater challenges to the enterprise. Looking back over the 13 years of e-commerce development and facing with the consumer’s rational、mature、individual, enterprises which make purely use of platform to make extensively and inefficient marketing have not kept up with the pace of the information age. Therefore, only by designing and building the e-commerce platform which support the fine network marketing the enterprises can achieve the effective marketing of brand and product, and the strong competitive advantage ,especially facing with the mass of customer and information in the net.Through the research and analysis of the current business websites and Internet marketing status, combining with two perspectives which are the theory of fine network marketing and the practical use of the knowledge and technical for building business website, this thesis make in-depth research in the building of B2C e-commerce platform. Firstly ,this article systematic introduce the fine network marketing concept and website development, then in customers orientation perspective to design the platform which consist of the need analysis, objective design, overall layout, the design of the marketing function module based on the web architecture. On this basis, it gives general overview of the construction of business website about the fine marketing function module and its technology support. Finally, this article analyses the building process of the site. The site from details to the functions modules permeates with the concept of precision marketing, it achieves the human nature and personality. This article will provides some new perspective and ideas on building business website which supports the fine network marketing, especially for the clothing company.
