Ocean waves are constituted by surface waves and internal waves which play important roles in kinetic and exert great influence to the movement of submerged body in ocean.Based on the assumption of which layered fluid can’t be compressed, movement of fluid is free of spinning and disturbance is trivial, and took the common force between surface wave and internal wave into account, this paper analyzed the wave making force of submerged body moving beneath water surface, and investigated the first order wave force (moment) of submerged body moving beneath water surface of two-layered ocean. The first order wave force (moment) of submerged body ocean and the optimal depth of immersion of submerged body moving near water surface are calculated by boundary-element-method. The dispersion relation of internal waves in three-layered ocean was investigated also.Firstly, based on the Potential Flow Theory, the mathematics model for a solution of diffraction potential was presented by using boundary-element-method. Making use of the method of Haskind, Water-kinetic and body- kinetic was divided, the Green function and corresponding dispersion property were achieved and boundary integral equation was presented.Secondly, numerical calculation of surface waves and internal waves force(moment) of submerged body moving beneath water surface of two-layered ocean was performed. Wave force (moment) of slender-revolving-body in different depth of immersion was investigated and corresponding outcome were achieved. And then, through the superposition of interface internal waves and surface waves force(moment) with two different combinations, the maximal wave force(moment) of submerged body in different depth of immersion and the optimal depth of immersion when submerged body moving beneath water surface were achieved.Lastly, based on small amplitude wave theory, law of internal wave motion of three-layered ocean was investigated. Two internal-interface-wave moving modal of three-layered fluid was presented by calculating dispersion equation of first order approximate equation and through calculating the dispersion relation between different ratio of depth and density, the characteristics of the dispersion relation of the two situation above mentioned was achieved.
