Abstract


As important part of launch base technology area, testing plant is the site used as assembly, storage and testing of rockets, satellites, space probes, etc. Its environment quality plays an important role in protection a successful launch. Therefore it is of great practical significance to implement the testing plant environment control system.In this paper, a testing plant of a launch site was the research background. Firstly, environmental characteristics of the testing plant, environmental load, and the requirements of environmental quality and the methods of air conditioning were analyzed. Then according to the environmental characteristics of regions, air handling processes of testing plant environment was designed. This design used one air-conditioning system to provide service for three regions. It owns reference value for other multi-zone environmental control. According to the characteristics of environmental control systems and control difficulties, a variety of control strategies were designed, including constant temperature, humidity control strategy, outdoor air control strategy, and coordination control strategy of air flow. They are helpful to improve the control performance, reliability and energy efficiency. Finally the project of the environmental control system was put into practice, including implementation of hardware systems and software systems and debugging the system. Testing results showed that the entire control system has achieved the intended function, and made the air quality of testing plant in line with the setting requirements.Compared with the original system, operation of environmental control system certainly increased automation, security, reliability and control performance, etc. The operation of the system successfully completed related testing tasks, to environmental control system of other testing plants designing and adaptive reform a certain reference guiding.
