Abstract


How to link the mechatronic equipments to Internet is the key technology of the remote control system. First, this thesis investigates the development and applications of the RMCS based on Internet, and studies the research present conditions and problems of domestic and international. On this foundation, this thesis studies the characteristics of the RMCS and programs the composing of the system. After that, the paper researched the communication methods of the remote controller via network. The system includes two modules: data processing module and Internet access module. The Internet access module of the control system is the interfaces connecting controller with Ethernet. This thesis also studies the key problems of the RMCS. The TMS320VC5402 is used as microprocessor (MPU) and the RTL8019 is used as network controller in the RMCS. Then the paper discussed the key technology during designing and realizing the resolutions. In addition, we researched the remote control system based on Internet, including the protocols and the modes of the remote control, and discussed the key factors of the remote control via network. Finally, this thesis uses the DSK and CCS, taking the transportation light as the example realizes the applied layer protocol of the RMCS based on intelligence network interface unit.
