With the growing deterioration of the environment, river management work is urgent. Bioremediation its advantages of low power consumption, efficient and non-polluting rivers governance has become one of the hot technologies. Microbes in the bioremediation technology plays an extremely important role. Topics Shenzhen Buji River as the research object, using the most probable number (MPN) method and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) method the Buji River microbial function flora of the period from October 2007 to September 2008 ( The structure including ammonification bacteria, the nitrosated bacteria, nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria), the number of distribution as well as the flora variation, while the effects of inocula dosing on the impact of the change of the number of microbial flora in the river and nitrogen content. The paper carried out the work and conclusions include: 1) analysis of the main function of the Buji River body and sediment microbial flora of the number distribution MPN method and its changes with the seasons, also using PCR-DGGE technique of Phuket river body and sediment microbial diversity were discussed. The results show that: the largest number ammonifiers up to 8-12 orders of magnitude. Nitrification bacteria and nitrifying bacteria in a very small number, only 0-3 orders of magnitude. The nitrogen cycle function flora serious uneven number. DGGE results showed that changes in the Buji River microbial diversity changes over time. Analysis of water quality indicators table Ming Buji River in ammonia is the major nitrogen exists in the form of Buji River. 2) Isolation, screening and identification of indigenous microorganisms in Buji River, found from the Buji River ammonification genus is the genus Bacillus (Bacillus) and tiny spp (Exiguobacterium), from the genus denitrification mainly Agrobacterium (Agrobacterium), and the genus Pseudomonas (Pseudomonas). 3) In order to strengthen the self-purification capacity of rivers nitrogen experiment by the enrichment domesticated the advantage function flora Buji River sediment, efficient strains isolated. By agents mixed nitration, nitrosation the main function flora efficient mixed inocula. 4) to Phuket river raw water inoculant dosing trial was carried out in three sections of the series contact oxidation process in a small pilot plant. The MPN method and PCR-DGGE of agents in the reactor before and after dosing of the number of microbial flora and diversity changes compared agents before and after dosing ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen removal effect. The results show that the inoculant dosing, can significantly improve the reactor nitration and nitrosation flora of the number of different flora in the nitrogen cycle distribution more reasonable, greatly improving the system of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen removal rate. Agents after dosing, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate increased from 34.48% to 70.09%, total nitrogen removal rate from 25.86% to 50.33%.
