Abstract

Heavy metal wastewater treatment technology standards by the wastewater treatment to the development of resource recovery. Crystalline precipitation of-phase precipitation generated by the crystal precipitating agent and heavy metal ions, heavy metal recycling purpose, easy operation, small footprint, no sludge production has become a promising technology, the method focused mainly carbonate treatment using a single heavy metal with water. Electroless nickel plating wastewater containing complexing agents, crystalline precipitate difficulties at home and abroad has not been reported crystal precipitation treatment. The simulation of the subject of electroless nickel plating wastewater containing complexing agents of two crystalline precipitation process. First complexing agent, select the appropriate pre-oxidation technology to break the network, strengthening nickel carbonate crystals precipitated; study of nickel sulfide crystal precipitation technique. Nickel sulphide nickel carbonate solubility product of approximately 1/1015, S2-ions and complexing agent competitive ability of nickel ions is much stronger than the CO32-, nickel sulfide solubility product is too small to lead to realization of-phase crystallization, the current literature nickel sulfide crystals precipitated no successful reports, the subject explore the new method of vapor phase hydrogen sulfide as a crystalline precipitate agent. Thesis two oxidant the oxidation capacity of the wastewater, the results show that the hypochlorite on the complexing agent has a good oxidation capacity. Using sodium carbonate crystals precipitating agent, the beaker test and fluidized bed a small pilot study, results showed that pre-oxidation treatment can improve the crystalline precipitate; calcium hypochlorite pre-oxidation better than sodium hypochlorite, because Ca2 collaborative precipitation effect; dosing ratio of 2.64:1, and the calcium hypochlorite pretreatment nickel concentration in the effluent concentration of total nickel and filtration were 33.7,5.6 mg / L; designed preoxidized - crystallization - filtering process technology based on experimental results Electroless nickel plating wastewater. Hydrogen sulfide gas and nickel ion crystal precipitation results show that: using hydrogen sulfide can be successfully realized nickel sulfide crystal precipitation, complexing agents crystalline precipitate less affected, the method used for chemical nickel plating wastewater containing complexing agents feasible. Wall crystallization experiments: water flow, sodium sulfide flow, nitrogen flow 4.0mL/min, 0.65g/min, 0.4L/min simulated wastewater removal efficiency of about 47%; nickel concentration are 100mg / the L simulated wastewater and single nickel-containing wastewater, the removal rates were 46.3%, 50%; the trickling filter experiments show: Sodium flow rate of 2.6g / L, the water flow rate for 8mL/min, the removal rate of 27 %; influent concentration 100,20 mg / L, respectively, crystallization reaction removal rates were 27%, 51.5%; For nickel concentrations are 20 mg / L of simulated wastewater and a single nickel-containing wastewater removal rates were 51.5 %, 67%. Based on the experimental results, the design uses the gaseous H2S removal apparatus of the metallic nickel ion as a crystalline precipitate agent, multistage processing can be realized heavy metal recovery.
