The ultrasonic technology is the technology of this century, development of application of ultrasonic . In recent years , ultrasound technology play an increasingly important role in the field of extraction , synthetic chemistry and environmental chemistry . This paper discusses the application of ultrasound technology in the following two studies : (1 ) has recently been reported that Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) with performance similar to the peroxidase . Based on this, in the presence of ultrasonic radiation , Fe3O4 MNPs/H2O2 for the degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) , and confirmed that the promoting effect of ultrasound on degradation . Subsequently , we carried out a series of conditions RhB concentration of H2O2, pH value and Fe3O4 dosage experiments to explore the impact of various factors . The results show that the increase in the amount of H2O2 and Fe3O4 is conducive to faster degradation reactions , while the pH value of the impact that the reaction can be performed under relatively mild conditions . Further experiments showed that the ultrasonic degradation process , the the H2O2 decomposition product mainly superoxide anion , and ultrasound in this process mainly played a mechanical action to maintain the catalyst particles dispersed . Of Fe3O4 catalyst of Fe ( III ) and Fe (Ⅱ) and its activity has played an important role . ( 2 ) cyanuric attention recently because of its potential toxicity . We proposed MS method using ultrasonic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determination of cyanuric acid in pet food . Examine several commonly used solvent extraction ability of cyanuric acid final selection methanol polarity cyanuric match as extractant . Extraction kinetics experiments show that the introduction of ultrasound extraction time to 30 min, while using only magnetic stirring extraction you need 240 min . Selected by HPLC conditions were as follows : pH 7.5 phosphate buffer as the mobile phase , flow rate 0.5 mL min-1, detection wavelength 214 nm . Cyanuric acid in this condition can be well separated from the other impurity peaks in the sample , a linear relationship between peak area and concentration , the linear range between 0.008 to 4.0 mg L-1 , the detection limit of 0.002 mg L- 1. Detect some sort of pet food sold on the market with this method , the result is not detected cyanuric acid , followed by this sample different concentration levels spiked recovery experiments , recoveries between 97.0% to 102.5% , to prove our proposed method is accurate and reliable .
