Abstract


In recent years , due to the rapid development of China's national economy , the steel production is rising sharply. The data show that from 2002 to 2008 , China's steel production is the development of 540 million tons from 182 million tons , an increase of nearly three times . As a key part of the steel process , the number and scale of hot-rolled production line is a geometric increase in recent years . In pursuit of production capacity , the new hot rolling mill mill drive motor power and rolling moment is increasing ; addition , due to the power electronics technology , computer technology , control theory , the development of communication technology , mill increasingly high degree of automation , improve the The system control accuracy and response speed . The electrical professional application of new technologies for the mill mechanical design requirements particularly embodied in strengthening the dynamic strength of the mill . Unfortunately , the mill machinery manufacturers have yet to find a complete calculation method to deal with such problems , the lack of a complete basis for calculating and programs mill design dynamic strength . For this reason, a lot of thorny issues in the new mill project electromechanical torsional vibration problems is one of them . This thesis is Baosteel 1880mm hot rolling mill R1 tripped practical engineering problems for the research project , electromechanical torsional vibration is derived by analyzing the test root tripped problems . Mill electromechanical torsional vibration as the research object , kinetic analysis of the unit , multi-level, multi-faceted research and practice to solve torsional vibration problems , and eventually break the convention and the creative use of the control system speed adjustment ring optimized successfully solve the the electromechanical resonance problem , similar to the all-digital , high-performance AC speeder driven mill torsional vibration problems provide a useful reference solutions .
