Currently, the adsorption properties of the material has been more and more widely used in people's daily life and industrial production which. Therefore, for the choice of the adsorbent with good adsorption performance has become the key to play its role. In numerous adsorbent material, a carbon material due to its excellent physical and chemical properties and the thermal stability is particularly prominent. How to ensure that does not destroy the other excellent performance, but also to maximize the adsorption properties of carbon materials also will become a growing concern. Carbon microspheres have good electrical, magnetic, mechanical, chemical, and other properties because of its special structure size, the potential value is enormous, and thus become a new star in the field of high-tech materials. This article by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), as raw material a mixture of acetylene, toluene, and acetylene and toluene, respectively, and explore the ideal process parameters of the carbon microspheres was prepared. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) were observed characterization and analysis of the carbon microspheres prepared by different temperatures. Experiments show that: the temperature of 1000 ° C can be prepared when a large number of high-purity, morphology better size uniform carbon microspheres. Carbon microspheres were obtained under ideal process parameters pickling and high temperature vacuum treatment, after pickling samples heteroaryl mass reduction to increase the number and size of the holes, and the vacuum heat treatment to improve the stability of the carbon microspheres sex. This article still in the liquid nitrogen temperature 77K measured under different process for preparation of carbon microspheres adsorption isotherm and pore distribution curve. The results show that: whether pickling treatment or a vacuum heat treatment can make the carbon microspheres cell content, especially the content of the micro-hole is increased, thus the carbon microspheres as the adsorbing material offers the possibility. In addition, the adsorption capacity of the carbon microspheres obtained after the two means of disposing of methyl orange solution adsorption tests found better. The porous carbon material is traditional adsorption material, its three-dimensional network structure to form a pore structure has excellent adsorption performance. As a method for preparing a simple process, the template method to obtain a porous carbon material with a uniform pore distribution, and can control the size of the aperture depending on the choice of template, and therefore become the preferred method of synthesis of the porous carbon material. Template method, however, is also the cause of the drawbacks of the internal structure of the porous carbon collapse thereby affecting its absorption capacity, generating herein in order to prevent this problem, using the template infiltration. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) characterization of the obtained product showed that its structure has been improved. Aperture orderly uniform structure can be obtained especially rich in a large number of the porous carbon material of the microporous structure of the material has a specific surface area and the amount of adsorption can be improved by the template method of infiltration in advance organics. Infiltration adsorption amount increased by 78% after the adsorption properties of a large degree of improvement.
