Abstract


The testing process before the gas reservoir development is becoming increasingly difficult due to the particularity of the Natural Gas Reservoir Geology . Development wells before the column test should fully take into account the various factors that affect the test safety , not simply consider one or several factors, otherwise there may be significant security risks . In previous research to the safety of the entire system testing as an objective of the study , the use of systems engineering point of view , considering the impact of gas wells in column test the security of a variety of factors , theoretical mechanics test wells column calculation and prediction . First of all , according to the characteristics of gas well testing , the establishment of a mathematical model of the downhole string under the piston effect , the effect of axial force expansion effects , temperature effects , and spiral bending effect , and the fluid in the wellbore to the formation of heat transfer conditions wellbore pressure and temperature forecasts . By solving the mathematical model the test column force , deformation and pressure and temperature changes . On this basis , the comprehensive consideration of the wellbore factors , burst pressure generated by the perforation , the the Columns external fluid expansion pressure generated by all the factors that may affect the safety of Columns for testing pipe strength and security checking stars Theory calculation and analysis, and proposed a test string optimization design method . Secondly , on the basis of the above research , all these research questions are prepared by computing software has become a strong comprehensive and systematic specifically for gas wells column test . Finally, the wells column test calculation software applications developed in this paper the different mine wells 1, Well -2 and Well -3 test string mechanical calculations and analysis . The results showed that : the test software can be more accurately calculate the load and the deformation of the test string mechanics analysis , conditions may arise during the test can be carried out . This provides a good analysis tools to optimize the design and strength check for the subsequent development of the test string and casing string . Compared with other people to develop test software , we developed a new software has a strong comprehensive and systematic , to better meet the needs of the job site tests , more good practical value and promotion prospects .
