The car-type heating furnace is one kind of new heating furnace and an important equipment for metal heat treatment. With the social development,people have higher requirements about the quality of metal products and more and more people get attention to study of the heating furnace.The heating furnace is the metallurgical industry most main consumes energy the equipment, its automatic control strategy is in a process control domain important research direction.Now in our country many iron and steel enterprise’s heating furnace has not realized the automatic control, has the massive manual controls, but the car-type heating furnace must use the pulse butterfly valve, the regulating valve to the temperature,the current capacity carries on the regulating control, the artificial manual operation is obviously not realistic, therefore also correspondingly enhances to the automatic control request, how simultaneously defers to the craft the request, the realization automatic control also achieves the good control effect, also is extremely essential.This article take the Dalian 35MN car-type heating furnace control system design as a background, according to the heating furnace technical process and the technological requirement, in detail elaborated the entire automatic control system design process.In the control system the control uses the Expert controller after the furnace temperature(According to expert experience and become to reality with PLC programming, ).But presses the control to the furnace to use, the PI compensation controller fuzzily, synthesized the fuzzy control and the PI control merit,responds, the over modulation quickly small, the not static difference; Theactual movement result quite is ideal, may apply in reality.
