Abstract


Compared with the traditional cutting equipment,precision laser cutting machine has high processing speed and accuracy. It plays an important role in cutting stainless steel, ceramic, glass and PCB/FPC. Abroad have been successfully developed in high performance laser cutting machine, in the domestic, although it has a certain progress, but in the precision, speed and cost control, there are still large gaps. Therefore, the development of new control system is of great significance.At first,after study of open control systems, we design a closed-loop control system based on "IPC + ACS motion controller", including hardware design, software design, debug and technology design.Secondly, we selected ACS SPiiPlus CM-3 motion controller, IPC, servo motors, base and detection devices by needs. On these bases, we have successfully built into an open contol platform of closed loop control system with the.After several rounds of adjustments to control loops with MMI software, control system X and Y axis, respectively reach the accuracy of±1μm and±1.5μm. Automatic alignment and matrix cutting program, accelerated the speed of contraposition, reduced the loading and unloading time, production efficiency has improved significantly.At last, in order to verify the performance of the system, this study investigates the cutting of 0.12mm stainless steel plates. After studying the cutting quality influencing factors, such as the angle of cutting, laser power, pulse width and pressure, it has little influence on the cutting edge when the strart position of auxiliary far away from the cut graphics and the angle of the auxiliary line is 90. we can get stainless steel plate which is dross-free and no burr when the power is 40w, the pluse width is 56μs and the pressure is 1.3MPa.
