Abstract

Self-assembled monolayers (self-assembled monolayer, SAM) film modified electrode is the highest form of development, it will have to study and characterize interfacial electron transfer bioelectrocatalysis, molecular identification and detection, and build biosensors are important. It is more of the surface and interfacial phenomena, from the molecular level to provide precise control of interfacial properties of the ideal method. Thiol compounds with gold electrode surface easily through the formation of S-Au bond adsorption occurs, thereby changing the self-assembled monolayer structure and properties, so the electric analytical chemistry has been widely applied. Porphyrin compound has excellent optical properties, porphyrin and its metal compounds in catalysis, molecular recognition, photovoltaic conversion, memory materials, and medical and other fields has been widely studied and applied. Porphyrin compounds widely present in living organisms and in photosynthesis and other life activities play an important role in the photosynthetic electron transfer process as well as many protein enzymes breathing process, porphyrin compounds are electron transfer plays The important role. In the medical field, Schiff bases have antibacterial, antiseptic, anti-tumor, anti-viral biological activity; in the field of catalysis, as well Schiff base ligands can be used to identify, identification and quantitative analysis of metal ion content of metal ions ; the photochromic field, some characteristic group containing Schiff base also has a unique application. For Schiff base areas reported more, but mainly in the synthesis, characterization. Select this thesis porphyrin compounds and Schiff base with gold electrodes were formed monolayers and studied the dynamics of the two. Because SECM (scanning electrochemical microscopy) probe radius is small, this paper also explores a setting with SECM probes detect mercury ions in water, the method is simple, low cost, high sensitivity (10 -10 mol ยท l -1 ). This dissertation consists of the following four parts: First, the self-assembled monolayer of profiles, such as research, the structure and formation mechanism, research methods, self-assembled monolayers in various fields of application were reviewed, and specifically on the self-assembled porphyrin membrane chemical and electrochemical schiff bases research progress are described, discussed the significance of mercury ions detected at this stage and Research. Second, the use SECM (scanning electrochemical microscopy) at steady state environment can eliminate the double-layer charge and other advantages of influence of interference, paper Select SECM as a research tool in the range of the chain length of the probe molecule porphyrin The bimolecular reaction based on the study will focus on analyzing the insert in the middle of porphyrin molecules on metal cobalt porphyrin ability of electron transfer. Third, using electrochemical method is simple, informative, the advantages of high sensitivity to study Schiff bases SAMs electron transfer kinetics and mechanism of the adsorption process, ion pairs and intermolecular interactions impact. Fourth, the use of platinum micro-electrode and the reference electrode consisting of two-electrode system that simplifies the design of experiments, and help decrease the interference from spurious and copper ions. This method of copper ions can basically ignore interference, high sensitivity, good correlation curve, higher precision, the detection process is simple.
