Abstract

Has been increasing along with increasing living standards and the global warming trend , the increasing demand of the people on the air conditioner at the same time , along with the deepening of the growing tension of the world's energy and understanding of the concept of energy efficient air conditioners inverter technology for its high efficiency , low energy consumption characteristics and advantages by pro-gaze of the major air conditioning manufacturers , has become the first choice for the mainstream air conditioners control technology . The purpose of this project is to use the air conditioning compressor inverter control technology to design a sensorless brushless DC motor speed control system . Firstly, according to the design features and indicators of the overall design of the speed control system , emphatically describes the system solution for current measurement , position detection solutions and PWM modulation current , speed , double-loop control strategy , hardware , software and overall program the important and difficult aspects of the design were introduced and analyzed . Then , the overall design of the program based on the design of the hardware circuit , flyback switching power supply module transformer calculation of parameters used in the papers focus on the system and the core material selection , selection of rectifier and position detection circuit used the third-order low-pass filter circuit design was introduced , and also completed a driver circuit , control circuit and undervoltage protection circuit design and schematic drawing . Secondly, for the present system needs to implement the function of a part of the design of the software . Lower machine main cycling program and the \Erected a system experiment platform , system soft FBI hardware debugging through the PI parameters , the system reached a preliminary performance requirements , and to prove the feasibility of the program .
