Abstract


This paper introduces the FMEA into the deflection Yoke Design and Development in a company. In this paper there are many acutely design and manufacture sample, that mention about how to apply the FMEA into the technique practice and the experience. It setup the general plan and the flow chart with step in deflection Yoke Design and production applying the FMEA, There are same method tool and list with evaluation way in applying the FMEA. Combining with company actually status and specialty. We constituted the solution plan and apply the solution into the company development and production practice. Combining the running ISO9000 system using the IE technology and optimized method, we got a evident effect in the development and production. At the last this paper gives a conclusion and suggestions.
