Abstract


For the disadvantages of traditional mechanical sensors such as maintenance difficulty, poor environmental adaptability and system reliability, Speed sensorless vector control of PMSM has become a hotspot in the filed of AC servo system in recent years.On the basis of the id ? 0 control of PMSM servo system, the standard speed estimated model based on MRAS is designed, which considers the PMSM model as reference while regards current as adjustable model, then the estimated speed will be obtained by the appropriate adaptive law. The simulation results proved that this speed sensorless servo system had good dynamic/static performance and noise immunity. Besides, a simplified model of MRAS estimation is designed in this thesis, the q-axis current is the only observed parameter. The estimated speed can be obtained by the error between actual current and estimated current through the adaptive PI regulator. Simulation results showed that the dynamic and static performance had been promoted, but the noise immunity was less than the standard model.In view of the importance of rotor position initialization, two different ways to implement rotor position initialization in speed sensor and sensorless control system are presented, the influence that without this operation was analyzed by the simulation scope at the same time.At last, the main functions of the sensorless control system were implemented by DSP assembler language. The expression of actual system parameters, as well as the processing method of key signals such as current and voltage, were defined in the software design.
