Abstract


CdTe nuclear radiation detector is after 20 years of exploration and comparison and finally win the compound semiconductor detectors. Is the decisive advantage with semiconductor detector of high energy resolution, and can work at room temperature is very good, is one of the main detector in normal temperature gamma-ray detector. More advantages of CdTe detector, makes it more and more widely used. Currently, CdTe detector research is at a stage of rapid development of the sense of new topic. Included in the CdTe detector output signal noise component serious interference in the forefront of the signal waveform information of the application. In order to solve this problem, we first model matching method was proposed, its principle is to use to find the minimum residual value and the actual waveform matching reference waveform without noise, and use it to instead of noisy actual waveform, so as to achieve the purpose of actual waveform noise elimination. But this method can only eliminate the waveform part of high frequency noise. In order to make up the lack of it, we put forward the waveform classification, the action principle of this method is by using some frontier waveform information for grouping of output waveform, with each group of average wave instead of the set of all actual waveform, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing noise.
