Abstract


In this paper, The management ideas of quality control in industrial production is introduced to classify the factors influencing. The quality of ready mixed concrete in various producing processes. By the advantage that the author serves in the supervision and management department of government, the process path of ready mixed concrete can be tracked in a certain district of Guangzhou City, which is the purchasing of raw materials-the production management-the transportation of semi-finished products the controlling of construction the maintenance of products-the testing and acceptance and the other aspects of the process. The factors affecting the strength quality of ready mixed concrete are obtained. Based on questionnaires and other quality investigation method, the degree affecting the strength quality of concrete by various factors is statistically analyzed and quantified by base factor analysis, and then the corresponding relations of time efficiency factors and influencing, and the key factors affecting the quality control are obtained. Finally, some appropriate recommendations and measures to promote the quality of ready mixed concrete are suggested.
