Abstract

The value and advantages of prestressed cable in structure have been recognized by engineers, all kinds of cable structure systems have been researched and practised. The papaer presented the define of cable-beam structure systems in prestressed, that is to say, reinforced concrete beam was instead of prestressed cable which acts on structure and they are connected with bars in this structure. The cable is tensive very well and the bar is compressive very excellently,it could improve the capability of slab when cable was prestressed.the use of cable could increase the span. The paper considered single cable only.It analyzed and researched the capability and stiffness of cable in use of the theory of nonlinear of geometry, the finite element method and so on .It introduced the process of design about cable-beam structure system in prestressed on the basis of the theory of this kind of structure systems .it contained the certainty of the shape of the cable, the sites of the bar and the stability of the slab and found the relationship of the height of slab、the initial control stress and initial control angle. In this paper it established maths model in use of the theory ,and was checked by finite element method. It could supply some opinions and some data of experiment to this structure systems.According to the results of elastic-plastic analysis, experimental researches were carried out in test. It can observe some data and destructive patterns of slab by experiment of change condition model design in the papaer. Finally,it proposed design options, which offer some reference for structure design.
