Abstract


The car door locks is one of the important accessories of the car body , and its performance is directly related to the safety of the cars with the safety and property of the owners of . This paper reviewed the literature on the basis of , according to the working principle of the door locking mechanism , from product design and development , parts assembly, motion simulation , dynamic analysis, failure analysis, finite element analysis, structural reliability analysis, wear Reliability Analysis and a system control and other aspects of the analysis . The main content of this paper is as follows: the entire car door locks as kinematic chain system is composed of a plurality of members , to draw the schematic diagram of the overall structure of the car door locks , part of and how it works ; application of Pro / E software 3D modeling , assembly , motion simulation and dynamic analysis , the car door lock system .
