The car door locks is one of the important accessories of the car body , and its performance is directly related to the safety of the cars with the safety and property of the owners of . This paper reviewed the literature on the basis of , according to the working principle of the door locking mechanism , from product design and development , parts assembly, motion simulation , dynamic analysis, failure analysis, finite element analysis, structural reliability analysis, wear Reliability Analysis and a system control and other aspects of the analysis . The main content of this paper is as follows: the entire car door locks as kinematic chain system is composed of a plurality of members , to draw the schematic diagram of the overall structure of the car door locks , part of and how it works ; application of Pro / E software 3D modeling , assembly , motion simulation and dynamic analysis , the car door lock system . The success of the motion simulation , indicating no interference between the three-dimensional model agencies to achieve the intended function ; Failure Modes and Effects Analysis of the use of systems analysis methods one the car door lock system from the reliability point of view , car door lock system fault tree and determine the important components and their main failure mode ; car door lock system, locking and locking two typical conditions the finite element analysis using ANSYS software , the the two conditions of stress , strain ; ratchet locking mechanism combined with the finite element method to analyze the reliability and Monte Carlo simulation , sensitivity analysis ; pointed out that the main reason for the failure caused by a car door lock mechanism parts wear between the reliability of the mathematical model analysis and assessment of the door locking mechanism wear , wear different number of locked unlock the door locking mechanism failure probability have been calculated , and the wear and tear of the car door locking mechanism system reliability analysis Finally, the electronic control system of the car door locks and the general method of evaluation ;
